Ultimate Signals is currently undergoing a transformation from a manufacturing firm specializing in high-quality antennas to an engineering consulting & designing company. We will provide wireless solutions of all sorts to the commercial sector.  Please be aware that our website will be modified to reflect this change in the near future, though we will include a link to the antenna information below.

 

We will continue to provide our products, listed below, upon request.  However, we will no longer stock products in our warehouse.  Also, we will no longer set up our storefront at trade shows and technology venues.  To all of our good friends in the Amateur Radio community, we will miss setting up a vendor table at the hamfests.  Thank you for your patronage and support over the past several years.  We hope to continue serving the Amateur community after our transition.  Please contact us with your needs & orders, and we will address them upon request.

 

 

 

 

The BZ-270 passed our rigorous Quality Control Field Assessment (QCFA) in 2006 and supplanted the original "Legacy-J" dual-band antenna.  Functionally, it is very broad-banded and exhibits similar gain and SWR factors as it's predecessor.  However, physically, it is stronger, more durable, and much more tunable for your specific needs.  Though it is much easier to tune, there should be little or no need, as the bandwidth is so wide that it covers approximately 10 MHz above and below each ham band, and still keeps a reasonably low SWR (<2:1, outside the bands).  Prior to shipping, we pre-tune each antenna and confirm that the SWR is acceptable across the entire 2m & 70cm bands.  If you would like for us to pre-tune your antenna for a specific frequency or area of the band, please let us know and we will gladly accommodate.

 

We also provide custom-made antennas for applications outside of the ham bands.  We can design an omnidirectional or directional antenna for any band or frequency in the range of 3 MHz-3GH.  Prices and manufacturing time will vary with the complexity of the antenna and the materials used in the production process.  Ultimate Signals will also subject your custom antenna to our QCFA process before shipping.

* The price of the "Legacy-J" is contingent upon the cost of raw materials. Copper prices continue to fluctuate.  We have set a maximum cap for this product.  If the cost of materials will cause the final price to exceed the cap at the time of your order, we will manufacture your antenna as soon as the material costs drop.  This may delay your order by a few days to a week.  We apologize for this inconvenience.  We would prefer to provide our product at at a competitive price.
